Sheartak spiral cutterhead leaves a superior surface finish over straight-edge cutterheads. The round-edged inserts are angled for a shear-cut that leaves a glassy smooth cut even on highly figured woods or very soft wood. Each insert has four cutting edges and can be rotated up to 3 times to reveal a new sharp edge. No more sharpening and resetting when an insert gets dull or nicked. Carbide inserts stay intense 50 times longer than HSS blades. Dust extraction is much easier with the shorter and thinner chips cut by Sheartak spiral cutterheads.
All our cutterheads are warranted one year from the date of purchase, which covers parts and ensures they are free from manufacturer defects. ( Consumables are not covered)
